Infinity battery

I currently have a warrenty at infinity battery in Victoria road pmb. This expires in Jan 2024 now my battery has started giving me **** I keep on getting stuck and this is the 3rd time this year I'm taking my car back to them. The charge the battery and then it's fine again for a little while. I went there today and have been in contact with a guy by the name of preston and he says that because of pole damage the warrenty is not valid. However if I keep on getting stuck and need someone to jump me how do. You expect there not to pole damage from the jumpers. He tells me that the jumpers must go on the terminals which is true but the terminals are connected to the pole of the battery. So I'm waiting for a solution from this guy. Will write again once I know.
