Horrible after-sales service.

To be quite frankly, they are not worthy of even a star.

Absolutely disgusted with the service received from Infinity Battery!

I had purchased a battery from them in February 2023 which has a warranty of 25 months. About a month or so later, I started experiencing difficulties with my vehicle randomly switching off (once on the highway which I had to quickly Kickstart it on my own) incurring unnecessary costs to get my insurance to come and help boost my battery, etc. I then decided to go back to them as the battery was still under warranty to which the staff had informed me that it was first my starter and then later on told me at a later visit that it was my alternator that was faulty in my car besides the battery. Upon arguing and fussing they had given me a loan battery this year and the problem still continued. Being the person I am trusting their advice and feedback, I was shopping around for another starter and alternator, I decided to approach an auto-electrician who advised me the starter and alternator were working perfectly, it was indeed the battery. I had approached Infinity Battery for a refund for the battery as I am tired of incurring extra costs for something that I paid alot of money for, just to be told they did all the tests and the batteries (the initial battery purchased and the loan battery) are perfectly fine and they will not be refunding me as there isn't anything wrong with the batteries!

Is the type of service we pay for? To get **** to? To cause us to incur more costs because they aren't able to give us proper service? We rely on them to give us the best possible service and advice on the quality of the products that we PURCHASE from them.... Clearly that is alot to ask for. And after speaking to a few people about them, I am not the only person that has encountered this problem. Sad to say we just being **********!
