Bad service I ever received

I have bought the battery from infinity battery in pietermaritzburg Victoria Rd guess what the battery didn't even last three months plus they fitted the battery in the car the next thing they blaming me about the damage of the battery poles that they fitted hitting the terminals to fit in the battery poles. Their batterys are weak and their service is very bad
