BAD ATTITUDE

I bought a battery for a client from them. Unfortunately I messed coffee on my invoice. I mailed them requesting a copy and I was told that they can not mail me a copy of the invoice, they don't keep copies. So I lost this money as the insurance don't pay without an invoice. I was very arrogantly informed that they gave us an invoice and that is that. Well, that's fine as I will NEVER make use of them again. Their loss in the end not mine, as we buy quite a lot of batteries per month. I wonder how their vat, etc is done if they don't keep copies
