Useless call centre
I made an order for Combo with fruit maker, air fryer and pan iv paid money that qualifies me to receive the fruit maker and a pan....but since iv been calling u can not go through the agent isnt able to help either for the past 2weeks he say he asked for the dispatch but nothing until now.
Il never recommend them to any one...

31 Oct 2023, 15:40The agents did call me....and requested my parcels to cancel the order was told they will cancel the order and someone will call me to update about the cancellation ...im still waiting please can i know if the order is cancelled or not ...the contact centre is still with the same problem you call they answer they cant hear you since so im tired i just need this order to be cancelled.
