Last year December I made a order of Cooking Pots which was on special. I waited for the delivery of my Pots, they later delivered in March the Wrong items and they collected it for return too quike quickly. Till today I'm still waiting for the Pots to arrive. Now they want me to pay extra for the inconviniant I received, Although I ever receiving my Pots. This company is probably a **** since they don't even want to cancel the order and refund the full amount I paid. I would like to warn any potentially client to not order from them, YOU WILL REGRATE IT

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
On the 19th of November 2025 I requested for a cancellation of the agreement contract. As promised the company was supposed to refund my money back, up to this I have not received any communication from them. I tried to speak to the consultants that came to our office and they told me they can sign me up on a new contract. I want my money back as I am not interested in any business with Infinitec due to their poor service.

On the 19th of November 2025 I requested for a cancellation of the agreement contract. Mediocre service pathetic
Terrible service from, have purchased a combo and finished paying off 3 items I have only received 1 as the juicer was out of stock, someone called said by COB I would have received tracking link and nothing was received, today they have **** saying I received the juicer when I did not, individuals that were behind in paying have gotten their products. Extremely mediocre

Despite providing the correct address, the courier has been sent to the wrong location. I've called the call centre multiple times, and they've failed to return my calls or provide a resolution. This is unacceptable. I demand a resolution and a proper update on my order status."
