Unauthorised Debit Order
I have cancelled my contract over a year ago and today this company ********ly debited my account. I want them to explain how this is authorised and legal and I want to be refunded immediately.

29 Nov 2017, 12:19I do not have the contact number but see that you have at last pay back my money this morning. Please delete my details from your system as you do not have a Contract with me. My Id number is 730101
I promise you if this ever happens again I wil ask the bank to investigate this.

19 Mar 2022, 11:46And they still did not deleted my contact details on there system as a Call centre agent phoned me this morning at 11:24 asking me to review my post in hello Peter and if I will do that they will send me a free gift. This is ridiculous!. They are clearly ignoring the POPI Act taking affect from 1 July 2020 and should be investigated.
