Poor communication channel

I recently finished paying for Pots with Infinitec and when I spoke to their representative who sold me the Pots regarding the contact number changing, he said he will assist. Whenever I am speaking to him he doesn't even reply to my text and the last we spoke he said he will communicate with the responsible person to assist with changing my contact number. Up until now there is no update even when I am calling nothing. Their communication channel is very poor and the service they portrayed after I finished paying is very bad as there is no proper feedback.
