Please don't order from Infinitec

I would like to express my disappointment with Infinitec. Our agreement was that my first delivery would be the pots, but when I opened the box , I discovered that it's a smart chef frying pan, which is not what we agreed on. I then requested KG their sales agent to cancel the rest of my order on the 11th of November 2023 which he promised to do. On the 14th of December the Infinitec debited R915. 75 from my account and Immediately contacted K.G the sales agent to inquire why infinitec keep on deducting money while I made it clear on the 11th of November 2023 that I was canceling my order. He then informed me that he no longer working for Infinitec company, hence he provided me with his former supervisors contact details Mr. Jackie Weidemann. I phone Jackie and he requested that I sent him a whatsaap message with my details to check if my order was canceled. I've tried numerous times to make follow ups with Jackie, but his phone is always off. All I'm asking from Infinitec is to stop deducting money from my account and refund me all the money you've been deducting from my account.
