Non delivery of the ordered item

I paid R 3699-00 for a sound system , on the 8th of Agust 2017. According to the contract , the item was o be supp**** in 12 working days. They were complaining that my ID no. does not match with what they have. Finally the admitted that they received payment on the 25 of Sept. But they have not supp**** the item. Because of my repeated telephone calls , they told me that it will be sent by the courier service RAM during the first week of November. But so far nothing has been sent to me. I insisted that the item should be supp**** before school holidays start. But alaas !!!
