Liers at infinitec

I paid for my last balance on the 22 of November 2019, since Monday i have recieved congratulations sns' that im getting my product i have not recieved anything, i have tried to talk to them and the last thing they did was to deny that on the 22 i did call them and gave them my home address i have never been this disgusted, they have the money and the product what do i have? The lady consultant told me that she was not the one talking to me before so whatever i talked about with the last consultant is non existent I'm livid at this point
