Infinitec/Cook4Life are certied ****mers who takes people's monies and don't want to return it

Hi. Indinitec/Cook4Life came to my mother's place of work. Presented Pots that were for Sale. My mother bought the pots. Different lower quality pots were prompting us to return them and ask for a full refund on the 10th of September 2024. We were asked to pay for our own Fourier transform for the return even though its stated on their website that returns are free. We were told that refunds take up 60 days. On the 29th of Oct I called infinitec/Cook4Life & I was told the money will be deposited 2nd week of Nov. I called 2nd week of Nov & I was told 3rd week of Nov. Today I called and I was told by end of Nov. These people are ****mers who refuse to return money. We are sick and tired of these people. Please return our money as we need it. Thank You.
