On the 13 of December i called infinitec to ask for my money back as i didnt like how they conducted their business, they said that the refund will take 60 i repeatedly asked is it after or within the 60 days they said within the 60 days, what they are doing now is to call me and revist the email that I once sent them for the product that they failed to deliver to me, they are not saying anything about my refund or the process of my refund, they are dragging the process of my refund, I have never seen such unprofessional people. I'm disgusted really and I curse the day I did business with that company, I even asked the person that called me ti review their recordings fmon the 13th of Dec because he blatantly told me that he dont know nothing about my refund

09 Jan 2020, 10:47They indeed did they return to me and they sincerely apologized and told me what they went left in my deal with them, they promised that my refund is being processed and depending on bank i should expect to recieve it anytime soon, Im greatful to Hello peter for creating this platform
