I recently had an unfortunate experience with Infinitec. My partner and I ordered an air fryer, but instead, we received a frying pan. After several attempts to rectify the situation, we finally received the correct product. However, our disappointment didn’t end there—the air fryer stopped working after less than two months of use. To make matters worse, the call center agents were unprofessional and unhelpful.
