Complaint against Infinitec

Help me here Sir. I bought goods from infinitec in October last year(2017). I paid cash for these goods since then the goods have never been delivered.T he sales person from whom i bought the goods is Buthelezi Thulani his phone is ********** 395. My customer no is TX ********** IR In December I went to their branch office in Ladysmith to ask for the refund. The man i found there by the name of Abel (his no is ********** 307) told me that as a branch they do not refund customers only the head office in Polokwane does that. He then sent an email to the head office to tell them about my story. Nothing has happened since i spoke to Abel even their head office has never phoned me, if i try to call them the number keeps on ringing without being answered. Can someone at least tell me when i will receive my order as i have now reached the point where i dont know whether i will receive them out not.
