Bunch of ***** and *****’s

*****s the whole lot of them. On the 1st of July 2021 I call to cancel my product after I realized they had been secretly debiting double the amount agreed upon. The agent stated that the products have been cancelled and I should get my refund in 60 days. On the 11th of August I called just to check the status of my refund, the agent stated that the refund is still the same. Now I call on the 14th of September 2021 to check the status and I’m being told the cancellation was only done on the 11th of August. I swear to God if I don’t get my money there will be hell to pay
