BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!
If there was a lower rating than one star, I'd put it. I bought a kettle and paid for it in full but it's two months now and I'm being debited!! I've contacted the consultant but I don't know what's so difficult about giving me my refund. I want my money back. Ombudsman is my next step from here. I'm tired of busy chasing the consultant. 8 should be informed about whatever investigation is going on. It's definitely NOT on me to keep checking. This matter must be solved ASAP.

23 Apr 2025, 07:46Thank you to Nthabiseng for attending my case as soon as possible. She defeated the consultant I tried to get hold of for 2 weeks and she assisted me in 24 hours. If only companies had more consultants like her. Thank you sisi. Give her a pay raise.
