Bad service

I shared a review on the 12 Dec amd on the 13 about infinitec days ago and then yesterday i recieved a call from them saying that my product is with RAM i told their correspondent that on the 13th of December i called in canceling my deal with them because of their disloyalty to me and i want my money back, today i recieved a call from their couriers i was shocked, why is infinitec pushing their product down my throat i want my money back and asa, why do they keep calling me about RAM whom i never made no business with. I want my money back at Infinitec
