Great car and delearship but bad service from the sales executive

I am very happy with the car the only problem I had was the Sales guy called Lebo was very useless for my liking he lacks customer care and communication skills and these are the most people abilities when working in sales , I bought a freelander 2 and I was told to bring it back for service and minor repairs which was done but I had to constantly call or whatsapp him to Update me I will never buy again from him but i will definitely buy from Infinite as they have quality and good condition cars .... Lebo must work on his customers care and communication skills or work at the CAR WASH BAY ..now I must take my car back on Monday for the things that he said he will make sure it's done which was not done
