Good experience, great car

Over all, a very positive experience. We purchased a used Volvo from Nicolas and the team - they were very honourable and accommodating. They took the car to Dekra and it came back with an issue of low tyre tread on one of the tyres. Before I could even say anything, they put 4 new tyres on the car, free of charge!

The owner was very well connected with the banks. We arrived on a Saturday morning to collect the car, but our bank messed up the finance application! Being a Sat morning, we couldn't get hold of anyone at the bank. Just when I thought that we weren't going to be able to take delivery that day, the owner called a contact of his at the bank and managed to get it sorted out!

My only (very minor) complaints are that they didn't put any fuel in the car when we took delivery (which I looked past since they gave me 4 new tyres), and they didn't really sit with us and run us through the car and how to use all the electronics etc (perhaps I was expecting too much there - since it's a general used car dealership, I guess they can't be experts in every make of car)

We traveled from Jhb to deal with Infinite Auto because I had read all of the great reviews, and I'm glad that we did. I would happily buy from them again.
