Frustrated cash buyer

Purchased a vehicle from them on them on the 21 March 2025. I paid cash. Had to wait for vehicle to be cleaned and fi fished with minor spray paint repairs. I did have a look at the vehicle before purchasing, was able to start it bit drive it as it was stripped for painting. My choice was to take the vehicle after being told we don't sell **** you can see the quality of cars on our floor. All money was paid over in full and I collected the vehicle. I know it is not a new car and will have a few repairs. I had the car serviced, had the aircon looked at replaced all engine mountings even glow plugs. In doing all the repairs we found the the bearing holding the side shaft was not there. I informed Viwe on 15 April 2025 of the problem and asked for some assistance from they're side as this was unsafe and was unexpected due to the fact that the vehicle went through Dekra. I received the following" Good day Sir

they did give me a response yesterday was too hectic

totally my fault for not getting back to you before cob

My good Sir, due to the vehicle being bought cash and with no warrnty and the dealership wont be able to assist

Is this the level of service you receive when paying cash for a vehicle 🤔 😳. Why would the consider fixing it if it was on lease 🤔

This company will never see me again, I will also not let anyone I know make the same mistake I made.
