Duwan was an excellent salesman. He greated me warmly yet professionally, explained his responsibilities to me and showed me the vehicle. He explained all the specifications of the vehicle. Finally he offered me a test drive and answered all the questions I put to him. Duwan then explained the entire administrative process once I indicated that I would purchase the vehicle.
