Complain about infinite dealerships

I bought my car the year 2024 ,Kia picanto 1.0 smart .the guy who assisted me was donavan,he knew that I didn’t have knowledge about buying a car etc ..I trusted him since it was a referral. The car he sold me was involved in an accident even when I asked him to atleast do trade-in and get another car..he refused to help.i am in a lot stress bcuz of this car.i had mechanical problems a month I literally had to change the whole engine top and radiator it is less than three years but im doing major repairs.i need help to trade in this car and also when I started to seek help I was made aware that donavan added on my contract things that my car don’t have.. hence my installment is quite high for a picanto 2018 model. I tried to call in at infinite with no help from them ..
