Inedrims; false declaration
The company appears with the product Made in SA. But actually it comes from China. And the product list on the website is not matching the list on the packaging. Will not give this powder to my dogs as the ingredients are not clear and it is not approved in SA.

After purchasing their dental powder, I have experienced a total lack of communication and no movement on my order. Reasons for this Warning: • False Location Claims: The website claims to be based in Cape Town, but there is no verifiable physical address or CIPC registration provided. • Zero Customer Support: There is no working phone number. I have sent multiple inquiries via email and social media with zero response. • Review Manipulation: While their website shows hundreds of "5-star reviews," they appear to be internally controlled. Furthermore, they are actively scrubbing/deleting negative comments on their Facebook and Instagram ads to hide customer complaints. • No Shipping Updates: Despite taking payment immediately, no tracking information has been provided, and the "ghosting" behavior suggests this is a drop-shipping front or a total ****. Advice to others: Do not be fooled by their polished website or local claims. If you have already paid them and are being ignored, contact your bank immediately to initiate a chargeback for "Goods not received." Avoid this site and stick to reputable, verifiable South African pet retailers.
