Worst Insurer Ever!!! Not Recommended!!!!

<p>I registered a motor vehicle accident claim on the 15th of June 2016 and up until this day I have but not once received any feedback from Indwe. I must contact them on a regular basis to be up to date with the progress or status of my claim. Today I received an email notifying me that my car has been removed from my policy, this was done without notifying me or myself completing any documentation in addition I still don’t know the status of my claim, but my car has been removed!!!. Indwe appointed an assessor who supp**** them with ONE quote and based on the quote they deemed the car a write-off, even though I submitted a quote which was much less than the inflated quotation of the Indwe Assessor. Indwe promised to consider the quotation I sent them and to inform me about the outcome....well they never did...until this morning when I was informed my vehicle was removed from my policy. I even promised the option of assisting with the payment should the quote exceed the insured value.</p> <p>I referred all my close colleagues to Indwe and today I'm truly regretting it!!! I'll leave Indwe irrespective of the outcome of the claim, as I never ever received such awful services, considering my monthly instalment!!! I never imagined that an insurer could leave its client in the dark and fighting with his hands tied!!</p> <p>I'm so disgusted and disappointed!!!!</p>
