WHO IS WORSE? INDWE INSURANCE OR BROLINK?
Claim only partially resolved since October 2014 !!! *** burst water pipe in kitchen floor repaired, since then just a large hole in floor and nothing else. Assessor inspected damage. I Called Indwe and Brolink each numerous times, many promises of coming back to me the next day, NOTHING TO DATE, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC !!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM INDWE INSURANCE BROKERS AND BROLINK CLAIMS AGENTS, THESE GUYS MAKE THE GOVERNMENT LOOK GOOD !!! I asked on02/02/15 for the client services manager to call me, OBVIOUSLY NO CALL RECEIVED. WHAT IS GOING ON THERE ?
