What a useless Call Centre!
Awful Call Centre experience at Indwe Risk Services claims department!<br> <br> I have been transferred from one agent to the next just to be able to secure an invoice for a claim I had lodged. None of them seem to have the slightest clue where exactly they must direct my call to. Approximately 20 minutes later, I finally figured which section deals with my type of query, and requested their direct number, only to find ALL agents are on LUNCH! Now I need to wait for the next 50 minutes before I can get assistance. Pathetic!
