Weeks of waiting for report

I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago on the 11/09/17. The assessor assessed my kar 2 weeks ago on the 18/09/17, took almost 2 weeks to complete the report, I have been promised to receive the report the latest 29/09/17, but I still have not recieved it. Today 02/10/17 I was assured that I will recieve the report today as it is completed and just needs to be sent to me, but I still have not received the report.
