Was in accident, and 3 days later still no help

<p>Hi Indwe,</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say I am extremely disappointed on your service. I called your emergency line on Saturday night after we were involved in a car accident and until now I have still not received any help. Had it not been for my friend who came to fetch me after your team did not help me, I do not know what would have happened to us standing on the street in the middle of the night.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now faced with a terrible situation of missing work because your people are not able to find my policy but you deduct from my account every month. I called countless times on Saturday, and Sunday and Monday and the Cape Town branch is not able to help. They tell me the Joburg branch would call, and I am not getting any calls from Joburg. This is like a ping pong game, and the worst part is that your tow partners did not pitch on the scene, and we had to use another towing company.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am terribly disappointed by your service this time around.</p>
