Useless Insurance

I think they undermine me, I reported a claim about the geyser that I have not changed for more than 10 years, its almost 5 days problem has not been resolved, the guys they sent destroyed my geyser switch and left me, the geyser was taking longer to warm the water because of age, the plumbers have made sure it does not even work, I was informed that they will send an electrician to date dololo, I do n ot know why they undermining me.
