Upaid / Rejected Insurance claims

Indwe Risks Services and its broker Bronlink rejected my claims: In 2017 the heavy storm collapse my boundry wall, claim was not paid and reason was my wall is taller than 1.8m which is not true, that wall is still down and my subscription has not been reviewed since the wall is said to be tall. I requested a written rejection letter which I am still waiting for 8 years later. Last month I claimed for the leaking roof, it has been rejected with reason that it has been ageing. What then am I am paying them for since 2012 if every building claim gets rejected without tangible substance, they must correct and pay my claims.
