********* and Dishonest

On the 31 October 2019 I was supposed to receive a cashback of more than. R7000 from Indwe Risk Service in witbank and I was told that it will be in my account by the 15 December 2019 which never happened, then later they said i I will get it by the 15 January 2020 in which it also never received, I have contacted them on multiple occasions but they don't call me back to inform me on the status of my claim, they keep lying to me that they will talk to finance but don't copy me on their emails. They are ********* and dishonest
