The company is keeping quiet about the claim

On the 17th of September My car had an accident. I submitted my claim to the insurer (Indwe risk services). They hired an investigator to investigate the incident since my husband was the one driving the car during the time. He then investigated, after he was done he let me know that he is done, and he is submitting the findings to the insurance company. That was October 2015. Since then, i never received any feedback regarding what is happening with the claim. Everytime I called, it sounded like no one was aware of what was happening with the claim. I always had to be the one calling them, instead of them calling me to let me know what is going on. <br> I later on, on the 30th of November told them that I am going to report this matter to the Lawyers. That is when i received an email from Nosipho Nqini saying \ <br> Insurers advised that this matter is still with the Final Dispute and Resolution Committee of Santam - as soon as we have feedback from them we will be able to provide you further information hereon"<br> <br> This is something i do not believe sonce everyone sounds like they do not know what is going on with the Claim.<br> <br> Hello Peter"
