Terrible service

I would like to complain about the terrible service I got from Indwe Risk Services. I submitted a claim this morning at 08h00 my claim number is ***7*001*001, my geyser is leaking, water is all over the place I was told that a plumber will call me back, I waited and waited no one called me, i even called them back but they kept telling me that a plumber will call me back. It's now 17h00 I still have not received any feedback from them I have been very loyal to Indwe risk servicrs/Brolink, I have never missed an installment, they are the first to take money when I get paid, but their services is very very bad, I wil never in my life refer someone to them cause I would not want anyone to go through what I went through today. They only thing they know is to make empty promises, they are very good with that, but action dololo. I called them more than 5 times but they kept on telling me a plumber will call me back but no one did.
