Terrible service

Indwe has made it incredibly clear that they don't want my business. I decided to try to get a vehicle insurance quote from them as my family are long standing clients of theirs. Originally a call was made to get a quote and I was told I'd receive a call back, never did. I then went to the website to request a quote from there and once again never received a call back. I tried phoning the number on the website and couldn't get through to anybody. I then called my nearest branch who finally answered and after being put on hold about 3 times, I was transferred to the head office. They then couldn't find my request that I made through the email and asked to call me back which they did. They then transferred me back to my nearest branch and the woman who answered said that she would find out who's shift it is to do quotes and she would get them to call me back. Shocker... They never called me back!
