Terrible assistance in household emergency

Had the unfortunate problem of having a problem with a Geyser. Phoned Indwe emergency assist line on ***. Thabiso took my details and said he would come back to me. I phoned the following day and spoke to a Julia only to discover that nothing had been done and they said will only be able to help me at 14h00. As there was major overflow of water and I did not want to damage anything it means that I will be without water for over 16 hours. What terrible service
