Service that shortened my life with 5 years!

<p>We have been insured with Indwe for 15 years. As my husband were to leave for Botswana, on 03/08/2016 I asked for a letter from Indwe for the border. Christa Opperman immedeatly supp**** me the letter, but I saw our Land Cruiser was mentioned as a S/C. I immediately mailed and phoned her saying that it was a D/C. We bought this vehicle in February 2015. When I asked for the quote, and mentioned that it is a D/C 2005 model the person said that there system couldn't accept D/C, beacause there were no D/C in 2005. I said just insure it as my husband is driving it that day, even if it meant we were undersudered. This was never rectified by me or Indwe. We were both at fault as the policy was twice reviewed since then. Indwe never asked me for the VIN or enginnumber or license plate. I waited the whole Monday for this to be sorted. On Tuesday morning I worte a mail and phoned Christa to please sort this out. She said she was busy with this as the system doesnot allow to change a 2005 model to D/C. At 14:30 I phoned her only to here there is still no sulotion. She can give me the letter, but if we want to claim it will not pay out. We thus had incorrect insurance, paid R700 a month for one and a half year with out having insurance. Christa said she phoned ToyoAt 15:00 she said I needed a qoute from a dealer for the value of the vehicle and a report from AA.Then she could ask the insurers for a quote. I said she could insure me with any company as long as I had insurance that was correct. She said it is not possible, beacuase of the coeds on the system. At 15:45 I phoned Outsurance. The guy couldn't stop laughing when I emphasized D/C 5 times. He said they had other owners on there system with exactly the same changes **** to there vehicles. At 17:00 I had a letter from Outsurance for the border, my vehicle was inspected AND wait for it: the vehicle was now insured for its proper value of R90 00 more and we save R270 a month!!!!! </p>
