Rude Sales Agent

A sales consultant from Indwe wanted to quote me on Miway insurance. 1. I did not ask to be called. I am extremely busy at work and don't have time to take sales calls.2. She was extremely rude when I told her and told her I am already insured with Miway. She kept on telling me"can I finish", without actually paying attention to what I was telling her. And then proceeded to hang up the call when I asked her if she heard what I just said. I am extremely upset after experiencing this. I am really having a terrible week already. I expect:-----------1. The agent to call me today to apologise. I don't want to speak to her supervisor. I want to speak to her directly, and I want to tell her how she made me feel!2. Action to be taken to discipline her. She does not belong in a Call Center as she is simply a terrible human being.3. I trust you will remove Indwe from your books as they do not represent the respectful Miway I know. Miway is a good company who would never treat a client the way this Sales agent did.
