RSI Worst Insurance ever

Good day! I entered into agreement with RSI - Risk Solutions International Insurance. To cover 5 of my major household appliances in case of mechanical failure and electrical breakdown. Have been paying my premiums close to for years now. Friday, February 17, 2023, 8:26 AM - I put on a claim on my TV. TV was collected on the 21 March 2023 (lead time or turnaround time of 5 weeks). Monday, April 17, 2023, 3:48 PM I was requested to send pictures of my appliances, which was odd, cause part of Terms and Conditions before RSI Insures and accept your premium, appliance pictures are mandatory. 18 April 2023 I sent all pictures of remaining appliances followed the same procedure - send via RSI WhatsApp number as requested and resend the pictures of my remaining appliances and attached the job card of the company which picked the TV from my house (via email). Mind you since my TV was collected, I have been the one sending follow up emails for an update and when I asked why RSI was taking long, I was told they have been calling my number and I was not reachable, while the are other means of communication (emails). I was notified my TV deemed not repairable and a replacement of similar name will be issued. Monday, June 12, 2023, 12:41 PM I was requested to send ID and TV License. Tuesday, June 13, 2023, 4:15 AM submitted ID Copy. TV had to settle overdue premium. Thursday, July 6, 2023, 4:25 AM I emailed my license number (no outstanding). Monday, July 17, 2023, 9:37 AM I was emailed to share pictures of my appliances, as irritated, angry as I was, shared the pictures via whatsapp and took screen shot of pictures already sent and shared via email now. every week been sending email and have not received any feedback. DO ANY BUSINESS WITH RSI AT YOUR OWN RISK. RSI YOU HAVE NOT SEEN MY POWERS OF MAKING SURE NO ONE EVER DOES BUSINESS WITH RSI. YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO ISSUE ME WITH A NEW SMART TV OR ALL SA BLOGS AND PUBLICATION WILL KNOW HOW MUCH OF A **** YOU'RE. 5 WORKING DAYS
