rental go wrong

My car was in a accident a month ago. They arrange for a rental car. Being a client of Indwe for 5 years and the 1st time I claim for a accident this is a nightmare. The rental car expires today and they telling me the panel beaters will only be able to finish my car in 2 weeks. They did not make any effort what so ever to accommodate me in any way. The assessor made a mistake and did not make a complete assessment. There was more parts needed. service sucks !!!

And after 2 months still without a car. A fender bender at 20 km and not 1 courtesy call. Have to call the panelbeater every day one thing after the other. Pathetic service to say the least but your instalments is good enough. Im selling this car and get another reliable insurance - service sucks!!!
