Poor Service

In April this year I logged a claim to my insurance of a storm damage to my house. They sent a builder for inspections and also an assessor to verify the damages. until today I have not gotten a call back on when the repairs will be done or any feedback in general. Knowing that I pay my premium every month with no hassle and yet I do not get my moneys worth is right at all.
