Poor Service and Unacceptable Refund Delay

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Indwe. While premium deductions are taken promptly, the same cannot be said for refunds. Despite having cancelled my policy with adequate notice, Indwe continued to debit premiums from my account. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that a refund would take longer than a month to be processed. I find this lengthy delay totally unacceptable. The cancellation was done correctly and on time, and I expect the refund of my money to be treated with the same efficiency as your premium collections. I require this to be resolved much more quickly.
