POOR SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER CARE !!!

My parents were attacked and ****** while in town 2 weeks ago (22 January 2025) and there cellphones were ******. A case was registered with the SAPS and all detail communicated to Indwe Risk Services the same day of the incident.

To date (5 February 2025) my parents are still without cellphones and Indwe Risk Services has still NOT settled the claim.

For the past 20 years not a single premium was missed, yet now that a claim is submitted my parents must wait for weeks.

I advise everyone to seriously reconsider before taking out insurance with Indwe Risk Services.

Indwe Risk Services has poor service delivery and their customer care is non-existing!!!!
