POOR SERVICE

<p>Registered a claim with Indwe for microwave oven. Microwave was taken to Aladdin, on Indwe's instruction, for a repair quote. We also provided a quote to replace said oven, a Sharp. Ws informed by Indwe that they would settle me with the costs to repair and on the strength of this, I went ahead and purchased another microwave on credit as the broken one has been discontinued. When the payment was not forthcoming and we enquired in this regard, were told the company who makes the payments obo Indwe, Brolink, made a mistake and paid the money to Aladdin in error, After many unreturned telephone calls and emails not rep**** to, I wish to make it know that Indwe has not given a very good, certainly not professional service, and this has left an exceedingly bad taste in my mouth. We have to survive on a monthly SASSA pension and expected said payout to be forthcoming so we could pay for the new microwave. Thank you.</p>
