Poor service

Do not use Indwe if you want insurance. I phoned in November 2017 to cancell policies, providing call agent with my ID. Realised Indwe still deducting premiums in February 2018. The reason provided is that they ha e different systems and the agent looked at only one system. Now management at Indwe indicated that it is my problem and that they cannot take responosibility for the agent. Disingenious, dishonest and very poor service from Pretoria branh!!!

It does not help that a manager in Johannesburg, with no decision making power, reviews a complaint but cannot do anything because the line system does not allow it!!!!
