POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had an accident on the 14th Nov 2022.My car was taken by the Insurance. All the paperwork was done on the 15th.The insurance took the car for accessment for 3 weeks before being taken for repairs in Highway body shop. No one was calling me to give me a feedback. I was always calling them. I went yesterday to check the car in Highway bodyshop in pinetown its not done. They say they are waiting for the order parts overseas. They are lying and up unti today I don't have a car. It's been a month and 1 week now. I am regretting of taking insurance with Indwe risks services. They don't care about their customers whatsoever. The service is very very poor and I would not refer anybody to that company. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am so frustrated that I can't even plan anything for holidays with my family
