Poor Claims Handling

I would just like to say I am very disappointed in the service that I am getting out of Indwe Risk Services, it has been 3 weeks since I lodge my claim, and I have still gotten no feedback from them, no communication what so ever, I have been calling them non stop to get progress, and all I get back is \They are still busy with it""; still nothing; I mean I pay for a service and when it comes time to claim; they give me Pathetic Service like this; is there no honor in this company; the people I speak to on the Phone are just Clueless;I mean how much longer do I have to wait to get some Kind of Response!!!!"""
