poor claim assessment

<p><br />This is my second complaint to Indwe regarding the same claim CL***, the claim is still not yet finalised but they don't want to extend my car hire any further, the follow up was done after I have quired the feedback after extending the car for 15 days which now they are refusing to extend any further, my claim has been with them since the 10th of April, Preggie had advised that its impossible to get the Final Report today from the Insurer yet the Insurer is refusing to extend the car hire, all I need from them is the Final valid Report and they have failed to supply me with that, Santam is my Insurerer and the assessor Jan Olivier has confirmed that He only sent report to them yesterday evening, the 19th May and my car hire is expiring on the 22 May and have made Indwe that it wid be impossible to return the car without any Final Report coz I will be stranded but Preggie told me that they have done all they can yet the claim is still pending and they don't forget debiting my account at the end of the month, am so disappointed and frustrated will all this it's so draining</p>
