POOR ASSESSMENT OF CLAIM AND CONSTANT FEEDBACK

I had submitted an accident claim on 10 March 2016 with the Insurance, I was advised by Roslyn that my car will be ready from the panel beaters by the 15th of April. But when I phoned the panelbeaters they told me that only the portion of the claim was approved so the car still wont be drivable, I had made her aware of that and then She had avised that the car will be ready on the 27th April (public holiday) coz further assesment were done, I phoned the panelbeaters only to find out that they are closed on the 27th & the car will still not be drivable, it has to be towed back to the Delearship for further checks on mechanical breakdown. Indwe couldnt give me the full details of this, I had to find out these details myself, Courtesy car expired and am left stranded without any direction to when the matter will be resolved. All I get is \will get back to you shortly\" & 'I am requesting intervention from a senior manager for urgent assistance', Feedback is really poor, you have to fight for it for you to be updated. It is so frustating and inconviniencing. until today 21/04/2016 theres really no clear report from Indwe."

This is my second complaint to Indwe regarding the same claim CL***, the claim is still not yet finalised but they don't want to extend my car hire any further, the follow up was done after I have quired the feedback after extending the car for 15 days which now they are refusing to extend any further, my claim has been with them since the 10th of April, Preggie had advised that its impossible to get the Final Report today from the Insurer yet the Insurer is refusing to extend the car hire, all I need from them is the Final valid Report and they have failed to supply me with that, Santam is my Insurerer and the assessor Jan Olivier has confirmed that He only sent report to them yesterday evening.

Its been 2 and half Months (from 10 March 2016 to 27 May 2016), Indwe Risk Services trying to resolve my Claim CL*** with Santam, I was only advised on the 25/05/2016 after I had to ask for the feedback that they'll will authorising for repairs, I have been stranded for 2 weeks in this whole process. Indwe is telling me that they will only know by the 30th May the duration to fix the car, Santam is refusing to give me alternative transport am left stranded yet I pay my monthly premiums
