Pending insurance hail storm damage

Good day I joined Santam insurance via broker Indwe risk insurance My house was hit by storm on 9th January 2024 I reported this immediately with my brokers, All my back windows of the house are broken, the ice from the storm flooded my roof which then flooded the entire ceiling of the house light bulbs 💡 were filled with water, eventually the whole house is stuffy and moist due to this hail The electric fence box was hit by lightning and the hail damaged the gutters around the house Till todate Santam and indwe have been sending me from pillar to post with their long process to follow While my family is staying in the open unsafe house Only last week Friday I received a call that says they can only come paint the ceiling and replace the broken glass I refused this because my entire ceiling carried water for a month and needs to be replaced, the roof needs to be water proofed, water caused a lot of damage and I’m told they’ll just paint my ceiling
